Add authorised contact

You can add an additional contact on your account who can make enquiries on your behalf about your policy and claims. They can also make payments for you. An authorised contact cannot make changes to your policy – that is, they cannot upgrade or downgrade your policy, cancel your policy or take out additional policies in your name.
