The cover is available for dogs and cats 8 weeks old to 12 months old; birds 12 weeks to 12 months; reptiles 8 weeks to 12 months; turtles 12 weeks to 12 months and small mammals 8 weeks to 12 months. Terms, conditions, waiting period, policy limits and exclusions may apply. Excludes pre-existing conditions.
